2. Client Responsibilities

By working with AutomateX, you agree to:

• Respond to requests for content, approvals, or feedback within a reasonable time.
• Ensure that any materials provided (such as text, images, or logos) do not violate copyright or intellectual property laws.

AutomateX is not responsible for delays caused by missing information or delayed responses from the client.

3. Payments

Payment terms will be agreed upon before the project begins. Depending on the project, AutomateX may require:

• An upfront deposit before work starts.
• Milestone payments during the project.
• Final payment before delivery or launch.

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of services.

4. Intellectual Property

Once full payment has been received, ownership of the final website or automation solution will be transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed.

AutomateX reserves the right to:

• Use completed projects in portfolios or marketing materials.
• Showcase non-confidential work as examples of services provided.

5. Service Availability

AutomateX strives to provide reliable services; however, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to websites, automation systems, or third-party platforms used within projects.

We are not responsible for outages or issues caused by third-party providers such as hosting services, software platforms, or integrations.

6. Limitation of Liability

AutomateX shall not be held liable for:

• Business losses resulting from website downtime or automation errors
• Loss of data due to third-party services
• Indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services provided.

7. Privacy

Your personal information is handled according to the AutomateX Privacy Policy. By using our services or submitting your information, you acknowledge and accept how your data is collected and used.

8. Termination

AutomateX reserves the right to terminate or refuse services if:

• A client violates these terms
• Payments are not completed
• There is misuse of services
